Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To start a return, contact us at cozyhaven59@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
